Re-Enrollment Procedures
Current families will receive an email when Re-Enrollment Packets have been created for your student(s). You will access these packets by logging in to Family Portal, clicking on Apply/Enroll on the left menu, and then clicking Enrollment/Reenrollment.
Enrolling a New Sibling
If you have a student already enrolled at PHCA and need to fill out an application for a new sibling, you may do so in Family Portal by clicking Apply/Enroll on the left menu and then clicking on Application (New Student).
Financial Information
PHCA utilizes FACTS for all tuition payments – whether you are paying in full or using a payment plan. You can also set up “incidental expenses” to be paid through FACTS (such as aftercare and hot lunch).
