Claim your Tax Credit
As an individual filer you will receive a dollar-for-dollar refund up to $750. For joint filers, this increases to $1,500. Submit your receipt form OCEN SGO to your tax preparer when you file your taxes. A married couple filing jointly can claim the entire amount as long as the form includes both of their names on the tax credit form.
